Happy New Year. Thanks to everyone who has emailed and called me about the book, and for buying it for your sisters, wives, daughters, and even fathers. I hope you all shifted gears a little during the holidays.
I'll be signing books at the Yoga Journal Conference on Saturday, January 20th @ 12:30. Look for the bookstore downstairs, and that's where I'll be.
It's a great and festive event with lots of wonderful people and classes. A perfect time to get out of overdrive after the holidays.
